Starting April 1, 2007, Privilege Club offers you a host of exciting benefits through our new partnership with Kingfisher Airlines, India’s fastest growing domestic airline.

Kingfisher Airlines is India's first and only private airline to receive the prestigious 'Best New Airline of the Year' award in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East region from the Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation (CAPA).

Through our new partnership, you can enjoy:

Additional opportunities to earn and redeem Qmiles: All flights on Kingfisher Airlines exceeding 500 miles will allow you to earn 200% of the miles flown in Kingfisher First and 100% of the miles flown in Kingfisher Class. For flights under 500 miles, you will earn 500 Qmiles. The Qmiles you earn can be redeemed for award tickets to any of the destinations in India served by Kingfisher Airlines or on any of our partner airlines.

More convenient connections: Kingfisher Airlines offers an extensive network throughout India and currently operates services to 30 destinations, offering you more opportunities to earn Qmiles.

Exclusive Gold member benefits: Privilege Club Gold members can enjoy access to Kingfisher Airlines’ lounges when travelling on any Kingfisher Airlines’ flights and will also receive an additional 10kgs excess baggage allowance.

Take advantage of this highly rewarding partnership and experience the spectacular benefits of being a Privilege Club member.

Excellent move!

1. Are these status miles that one earns or just miles?
2. Is there a reciprocal with QR - with lounge/status miles etc.?

Also like to add QR has a dedicated terminal at DOHA for first class and business class passengers although the present airport is too small and desperately needs space.

Yes absolutley right but one more thing i noticed,
Middle east airports (most not all) have a lot of money spent on expansion work but then they're not that efficient as far as maintenance and management is concerned... the recent NLG collapse of Biman at DXB proved that even such a incident wrecked an airport like DXB for over 10 hours

Who cares as long as one is flying biz class on QR and enjoying their hospitality both in air and in the ground Laughing Just wondering is QR planning to tie up with any alliance
