Yeah !! I was about to ask the same question - is that a hint of Jet Airways' livery that we see there? |

That's the CWG 2006 livery. They have a few of those on their 330s.
I had taken this shot back in August 2008:

That was the Asian Games 2006 livery. Early 2006 QR had painted around 6-7 aircrafts in Orange, Red and Blue liveries ( Orange and Red on the A333 and the blue on A332s) and now they are gradually repainting them in the updated QR livery ( that says only QATAR). |

Congrats Devesh on cross 50. At the pace at which you're going, I think you should be at 500 in a month or two !
Yes - yesterday's spotting trip was awesome - we finally managed to find some decent spots for the runway 27 action. I think 8 to 10 would be a good time to take shots from there as the won't be much of the heat haze at that time. _________________ We miss you Nalini! |

Oh no. Long ways to go, and I have to slow down the pace. However, I am willing to do ANY job for any airline provided it is airside.

In fact from 7am would be even better. After seeing my photos of yesterday, by 9am heat haze had commenced with vengeance. After 9am the tank bund is a great location. I am not too impressed by the field. _________________ ----------------------
