Awesome! Something different for the pax to eat. Is there any plan to open a pub/bar in the terminal (the current welcomegroup lounge is exorbitant!)? |

That's great news!! Atleast now we can expect some decent stuff at reasonable prices, although the prices at the DEL airport Subway are above the normal market prices... |

Initially I was thinking.....Subway = Road access fom West To East
Thats good news for Inside the Airport, but Personally walk a few metres to the Balaji restraunt & you wont be disapointed. Both Fast service & Price wise.

LOL yeah! the horrifying memory of waiting at Malad Subway to go from East to West just comes to mind. Now it is better to take the Borivali flyover.
Personally, I'm not sure if I would want to have Subway, when I'm in India.

BTW... now theres a new chinese food joint also opened up called YO CHINA!
apparently we LH boys pulled a fast one on Amore and Subway... we asked them what the discount was for Airport/Airline staff... and they responded that they didnt have any special rates for Airport/Airline staff so my friend chided him a bit saying that that was funny coz all the vendors in the airport normally always discounted rates for staff and told him to inform his manager.. and parted by saying if the rates were cheaper for staff they would get a bit more business... and whaddaya know... the next day we were offered 20% discounts!! .... my friends now thinkin of pullin the trick on YO CHINA _________________ If it aint Boeing.. actually prior to MIAL taking over they used to sell stuff at the MRP to airport staff... but after MIAL has hiked the rentals they no longer provide any discount to staff and the prices remain at the +5 or +10 rupees that they charge passengers _________________ If it aint Boeing.. I aint going. |
