Jet is also getting ready to announce its cooperation with Lufthansa AG, as it plans to add Germany to its flight plan.
'We will fly to more destinations in Europe as of 2008 and Germany will definitely be one of those destinations' Jet Airways chief executive Wolfgang Prock-Schauer has been quoted as saying that Jet will fly to mroe destinations in Europe in 2008 and Germany is definitely on the map.
The airline is eyeing Munich as a destination, says NDTV Profit. |

It remains to be seen how the tieup with LH works out.
9W has a history of good relations turning sour once it starts its own flights. Look at MH, SQ etc: once friendly relations turned sour!!
Considering LH's own ambitions wrt India, it remains to be seen how pally these two actually get! _________________ http://www.cougar-rides.com

Especially nice was the grid display with the lowest prices for a few days before/after your planned flight - definitely a great improvement over their previous website. |

Also with regards to the website altough i like the look and feel of it, no place do they give the aircraft type operating the route like they did on their previous one.

The website is fine, but you still cant book a ticket to COK? Is it because AI handles COK?
And being from NYC I want to book a flight to COK probably when the commence service but I wont be able to book it…

I like the first page better. If you do not set the country location, new model will come up everytime. |

Is it me or DOESNT the front page picture of the smartly dressed FA give you an impression that Jet Airways is a feeder service provider ? I mean, it looks like they have shot the photo in an ATR-72 (or a B737) probably to give more focus on the FA, but I feel they could have shot this on board their A330 or A340, with a bevy of FA's surrounding the middle row in the Business or Economy class. That gives a more positive impression internationally. And they could have added the A330 or A340 as a scrolling or static image, to convey the international brand feel.
Let me know what you think! |

i agree with you ... but the point is ... they might have thought that the B737 are the backbone of their fleet so they may be using that ... but i personally feel they should change the background a/c once the B77W arrives |

yes thats there too! but how many people actually look at such things? their motive is to get the ticket booked fast and easy! and the grid view for the prices serves the purpose!

Yep.. Since AI handles the COK, 9W cannot issue e-tkts to n frm there .. although i wonder why they cant issue e-tkts to COK .. i can understand not issuing from COK.
The 9W website is superlative.. esp compared to most other Indian airlines.. my ranking wud go
1.9W
2.DN
3. I7
4.IT
5.G8
6.S2
7.6E - Their background image is a nightmare. If u r on dialup n tht image doesnt load, u can make any sense of the site |
