Nice job with the pics - I felt I made the trip as well. Looks like the 77W is spec'ed very much like the 9W 77W with the seats and IFE looking identical.
Your UA experience is par for the course - keep your expectations low and UA will not disappoint (usually). Did the captain have Channel 9 on?
Ted is being put to sleep by the way, this route will soon be UA mainline (not that it will make any difference in service).

Ya I did not have many expectations from UA, but in Sept they did a better job and the staff was good, this time pathetic.
And yes the Captain did have Channel 9 on.

Thanks a lot, As I asid this was the first time I encountered such a situation. |
