|
|
There have been loads of openings posted on Kingfisher's site for professionals in various departments and for their International Ops requirements, but inspite of being posted for 2 months now and various additions, nobody seems to be hearing from their HR department for any assessments. So i was wondering, anyone here in the know or with inside knowledge of IT knows whats happening?
Or is it they're being tied down by the permission to go international etc? _________________ If it aint Boeing.. I aint going. |

They won't recruit till they finalise their International plans more realistically.
What did the CHRM say.

I may not be an airline employee, but from what i heard from my sources and friends their priority is Engg, Pilots, station manager and then administrative personnel, i assumed you applied for Station manager, very surprising you havent heard from them given your work profile

^^ congratulations to him.
They're going slow on recruitment for sure. Doesnt surprise me with the probs the domestic airlines are facing and unless the GOI gives him a free run internationally IT is gonna have it tougher to generate funds and make profits. Its a crucial buffer they lack compared to 9W. _________________ If it aint Boeing.. I aint going. |

I guess it was primarily the money they offered him. A much-much better package than what he had with LH. The job remains more or less the same, however, with a fancy designation Will speak to him when possible and let you know more.
