Try this :-

Go straight down the Radisson hotel turning towards Centaur Hotel, Keep with the road and after some time you'll cross a red-light, after that you'll cross the Centaur Hotel and the road will take a gradual turn to the left. Now, right here you'll hit a speed breaker and right after that to your right is the Haj Terminal.

However I suggest you do this:-

Take the U-Turn and head out straight towards the "New Customs House" and to your left you'll have two AI Hangars, and right after that (if i'm not mistaken) in the open you should see the A380 which is where the Haj Flights usually board.

Lemme know if this helped, my info is slightly dated, but it should get you something.

Even I'm not fully sure but it's very close to the New Customs House and the Cargo Terminal. A big Haj Terminal board is there. Happy Flying. I might also turn up at Jumbo Point to catch a glimpse. Wind directions might derail my plans to see the takeoff from Jumbo Point...

Well, I didn't know what the METAR really expands into, and this helps:-

I think the takeoff will be from Jumbo Point (2Cool side as the aircrafts are taking off from RWY 27, under which's flightpath my home comes. Because of this, I think the wind direction will favour takeoff from Jumbo Point. Hope to see some fellow Anet-Indianutters over there...

Even I'm happy because I caught the bird at RWY 28 after an hour's wait. I have the video and pics, which I'll upload soon.
