I am not sure they can affect any communities that are based in foreign countries, only they can charge some individuals that are Indian resident, who have posted such communities. I really don't think this will have much of an impact.

Most of the orkut communities promote hate. I think it is a good move to restrict all the BS. |

I quit ORKUT because of these hate communities. You can blame outsiders for communities like, "I hate India/Indians" but what pissed me were communities like, "I hate South/North Indians", "I hate Tamils/Kannidigas" etc. _________________ Save Maharashtra! |
