Capt. Gopinath, has been honored by the French Govt. with it's highest civilan award, 'Chevalier de la legion d'Honneur.'

Hmmm, with all respect to the Good Captain G. I do wonder if he would have recd that award had his airline flown a fleet of B737s only.....
The ATRs came in handy too!! Even if the first one caught fire on its inaugural flight....

 well in that case u might have seen David Mulford ambassador of US in India givin Gopi an award for his outstanding contribution towards Boeing oopss i mean Indian Aviation Industry
