Hi
I am travelling to Dhubri in Assam to bring my family back to BLR. I shall be flying out of GAU on DN 636 on April 30. I need to stay for a night in GAU. Would anyone be kind enough to let me know of any good hotels in GAU for a nights stay.
This shall be my family journey.
First leg of thier TR is posted here.

I think Brahmaputra Ashok is the only 3 star Hotel there. U can also try Landmark. But that will be Waay to expensive. I guess Nandan is also a good shot. Then they are plenty of guests houses in Pan Bazaar area for overnight halts. Courtersy Rajdhani Express.
Hope this helps,

For such queries Lonely Planet guide is useful. Even if you don't buy it you can look up the required details from it in a bookshop
Those who travel a lot within India may as well buy it. |
