From: avph.in The Aviation Photographers India Foundation is now officially registered! This will give us a legal entity to use as the base to converse with the different entities in India who currently do not understand spotting, and get them to open up. There are other pleasant surprises for members of API - including a surprise fax from DGCA that came in yesterday _________________ We miss you Nalini! Basically a bunch of spotters from Bangalore, led by Devesh - who's done most of the hard work to get this off the ground. We've got API ID cards from BIAL which allow us to officially photograph at the airport. All those interested in aviation spotting/ photography are encouraged to register and be screened as members of the API, and they can then benefit from this incredible effort. _________________ We miss you Nalini! Tarmac photography clearance is awesome to say the least, really looking forward to some pics from you guys! Now that API is officially registered, replicating the success attained at BLR in other cities like BOM/AMD/MAA/HYD should become comparatively easier! Congratulations once again, great job guys!
