Hello everyone.
I don't quite know where to post this. But since this relates to international routings, I found this part of the forum to be fitting. Please do make changes if any is required.
There are a number of routes we have, which are named after animals/birds. I know three of them:
1. Kangaroo route - Australasia - Europe and vv
2. Reindeer route - more to do with Finland - Asia and vv
3. Falcon route - a new one I've heard of, referring to EK's DXB-LON-DXB routes..
Are there any more unique names to any other routes? Would be great to know more!
Regards

Hmm - TBH - had only heard of the Kangaroo route. Would be interesting to hear other such names.
Not directly relevant, but the Lufthansa service on BLR-FRA-SFO was once referred to as the "Bangalore Express" - http://airlinersindia.s4.bizhat.com/airlinersindia-post-9741.html _________________ We miss you Nalini! |
