American Airlines Plans Boeing 767-200 Retirement
During the weekend of 22SEP13′s schedule update, American Airlines has tentatively scheduled last Boeing 767-200ER operation. The airline tentatively to operate final Boeing 767-200ER service on 07MAY14, AA030 Los Angeles to New York JFK.
Planned last Boeing 767-200ER operational date on existing routes as follow, note these dates remain subject to change:
New York JFK – San Francisco 31MAR14 (AA179/020)
New York JFK – Miami 07MAY14 (AA1345/1508 to be operated by Boeing 757-200 from 08MAY14)
New York JFK – Los Angeles 07MAY14 (AA117/002, AA021/030)

The 332 and 333 may be leaving the 767 in the dust, but with 2-3-2 seating, it still has the best widebody Y configuration in the skies today. _________________ Yeah. |
