flight was delayed for 22 hrs
technical snags can happen to any airline |

People will obviously and rightly be angry at the delay but these things happen and as long as it isn’t a common occurrence it's something we all have to learn to live with (sadly).
Everyone knows this can happen to anyone and not just AI; the bigger issue I feel is how the airline deals with it. How do they take care of passengers, food, accommodation, reliable on-time information? _________________ eP007 |

I agree. Most airlines have such SOPs in place to handle delay especially "creeping delay"...
Some will give out food vouchers to be used in the Transit Areas if the delay is within 2-3 hours... Just like what is being practiced in SIN... _________________ ~ A380 European Pride ~ |
