Everyone knows this can happen to anyone and not just AI; the bigger issue I feel is how the airline deals with it. Most airlines have such SOPs in place to handle delay especially "creeping delay"... Some will give out food vouchers to be used in the Transit Areas if the delay is within 2-3 hours...
