Hi
Thought of coming to office today a bit early and woder what .. saw the traffic jam on BLR runway.... Generally I see some of these jams at around 9:00 AM daily, rougly 5 planes waiting on the tramac for take off ...
Today I was surprised to see the Jam in the early morning.. First one in the wings was a cargo...couldnt identify which one...
Followed by a Private Jet (Wonder who was in it )
Third in Row was the faithful IA
Fourth in Row was AGAIN a private jet (No N3208X)
My grey cells began to work and was wondering who migh tin those private jets and get stuck in the jam in the tramac...
Anyway, Did anyone see the same phenomenon in BLR or any other place.
Have a safe journey

I saw the a/c taking off one after the other at about 9 am (when I finally surfaced ). There was a Air force fighter, followed by a Kingfisher ATR (complete 180 Degree turn very soon after take off) and a DN ATR in rapid succession. I was quite happy that ATC was releasing a/c so rapidly - that's the only way to get the number of movements to increase. |

How did a Cessna make it all the way from USA to India?
Or is it owned by some indian firm? Then why does it have a US regn # _________________ http://www.myspace.com/avsatsworld

Off topic - but can you *slightly* tone down the usage of the smiley? |

I'd say it flew there??
Maybe it's owned by an American businessman? With all the international companies in India now it's not so surprising. |

Probably because it's annoying, especially since it's also in your sig. Animated smileys are probably the most annoying thing on the internet when you're trying to read a forum. Besides, why would you roll your eyes at what you said? Do you not believe a corporate jet with a US registration could be in India? |

Amen.
This smiley is basically similar to the "sarcastic" smiley used on other forums. Extensive use of the smiley (especially without any actual sarcasm) gets annoying after a while. |

It's a private jet, who knows if it is regular, they never stick to any sort of schedule. They basically come and go as they please.
As for the smiley, it typically represents a "whatever" or sarcastic attitude so adding it w/o that attitude seems odd and unnecessary. Like when you ask "How did a Cessna make it all the way from USA to India?", would you roll your eyes when asking that question in person? |

This is a public forum, the question was asked in general...so how did u feel offended by it
And as far as the smiley is concerned a Rolling Eye smiley always indicates a 'suspect' and there was a suspect here in my mind as to how a Cessna makes it regularly to India all the way from US since it carries a US regn#.
Or is it something like AI 767s _________________ http://www.myspace.com/avsatsworld

What question? I wasn't offended by any question.
Rolling eyes never mean "suspect". Where did you get that from? Ask anyone, I don't think anyone rolls their eyes in suspicion. A raised eyebrow represents suspicion. |
