Hi All,
Came across a TR which was posted about yesterday on airliners.net,
http://www.airliners.net/aviation-forums/trip_reports/read.main/172126/
I guess this will be the first TR with a non-positive response of 9W's service, and the B737-800 used on DEL-DXB.
But has one of the most extensive shots of 9W's 777-300ER interiors!!
Excellent photographs too! _________________ Causal Determinism : We are hardwired to need answers. The Caveman who heard a rustle in the bushes and checked out to see what it was, lived longer than the guy, who assumed it was just a breeze.

I flew the same aircraft VT-JGU on KWI-BOM and was on the same seat that he was! Even I noticed the broken seat and the scotch tape.
Not a negative experience on the HKG-BOM at least save for the catering quality. _________________ Yeah. |

One thing that strikes out in this TR is the very high amount of anticipation of excellent classy service by the poster, and it didnot match those expectations, and frankly speaking, two TR's which really projected 9w as the best, were by Alex, one being KWI-BOM and the other being JFK-BRU, the service on both these flights was something special, which would be difficult to get, even in the best of airlines on a seriously consistant basis.
The other thing is the quality 9w's hard product on their long-haul birds, it's spectacular to say the least, their J Product being saved 'miles better than CX J' is a seriously good complement! _________________ Causal Determinism : We are hardwired to need answers. The presentation of food on board the 77W beats Cathay's TV dinner style presentation by a mile.
At the end of the day, however, all the hardware and polish doesn't matter one bit if the transit experience in Delhi is wretched. This business about having a luggage tag on your carry on bags is something I've only seen in India. It's really worthless. |

Well, you forgot to mention that the tag gets bubber-stamped twice and not necessarily to be from the same airline you are flying with. They just need a tag to stamp!
On a serious note I guess it's another lair in the security drill. _________________ Tally Sheet:

Intrestingly... a last-minute *juggad* sees our 9W J-class pax clearing security with an AI Y-class luggage tag ... wah! |
