There have been loads of openings posted on Kingfisher's site for professionals in various departments and for their International Ops requirements, but inspite of being posted for 2 months now and various additions, nobody seems to be hearing from their HR department for any assessments. So i was wondering, anyone here in the know or with inside knowledge of IT knows whats happening?

Or is it they're being tied down by the permission to go international etc? Question

They won't recruit till they finalise their International plans more realistically.

I may not be an airline employee, but from what i heard from my sources and friends their priority is Engg, Pilots, station manager and then administrative personnel, i assumed you applied for Station manager, very surprising you havent heard from them given your work profile

^^ congratulations to him.

They're going slow on recruitment for sure. Doesnt surprise me with the probs the domestic airlines are facing and unless the GOI gives him a free run internationally IT is gonna have it tougher to generate funds and make profits. Its a crucial buffer they lack compared to 9W.

I guess it was primarily the money they offered him. A much-much better package than what he had with LH. The job remains more or less the same, however, with a fancy designation Very Happy Will speak to him when possible and let you know more.
