I doubt it, as these are all businessmen (Successful at that)... leave this sort of absurd spending for people with newly found wealth (mostly without any real struggle) and with little or no long term vision... there are plenty of them here in US.

In the same class would be the Vertu cellphone which I saw advertised for 25,000 GBP (approx 23 lakhs) at Harrod's. The same place also had laddus for 1.75 GBP (approx Rs 150).
Just to say I had shopped at Harrod's, I bought a book from one of the chain shops inside (which have the same prices at Harrod's at elsewhere).
