British Airways evaluates widebody proposals from Airbus and Boeing as it seeks 50 aircraft to replace 767s and 747-400s

British Airways has begun evaluating responses from suppliers to its request for proposals (RFP) for upward of 50 widebody aircraft to replace its Boeing 767s and older 747-400s.

According to me they will definitly go for 787s and 777-200ERs.And for the next batch they will order 747-800s.They may go for B777-300s as well.They have stuck to Boeing when it comes to buying long-haul jets for so many years.So I don't see that trend changing in the coming years with them going for A330s,A350s or A380s. _________________ www.flickr.com/G-BYGB photos |
