ToI reported that a domestic aircraft had to abort landing while another was on a roll on the same runway, as usual "close mishap" averted  . Could not find any more info

Yes, its absolutely true. I was spotting at that time and was shocked to see what happned. It was way too close, both were within one mile of each other.

What date and time??
I was at Ghatkopar on Saturday (afternoon, around 1:30-2:30PM) and saw a Shanghai Cargo MD-11F execute a go-around. What a sight it was - the MD-11 throttling up right in front of my eyes and climbing away...

The aircrafts involved were a SpiceJet on the roll while 9W 737 asked to abort landing. No more info.

Sometimes the media makes it sound more serious than it looked.
