Does anyone on this forum collect Aviation Postcards ?
I have been collecting since 1982 and have over 10,000 in my collection - including civil, military, those of defunct airlines / retired aircraft etc etc.
Anyone interested in trading, or seeing my lists, write in to me at :

Cheers! |

Dear friends who replied :
Many thanks for your compliments.
Well they are all hard copies and I have retained them that way, and in todays Digi world these beauties are rare to have, thats why I have not scanned & digitized them (digi photos are available on the net by the million) . I have most of them chronicled in XLS files with all details ( aircraft, regn, airline, publisher, view etc)
Anyone wanting to go thru the files are most welcome, write me a mail (sm_777@yahoo.com) and i will be happy to Email them over. If you then require a specific scan, I will be happy to provide it.
Cheers |

Does anyone have a collection of AI / IC postcards? As far as I know, only AI issued postcards back in the day, though I am not sure about about IC. There are a few other postcards of AI / IC that are not airline issued, but made by other cos. Besides AI & IC, I am not aware of postcards of any other Indian carriers. Does anyone have such a collection? Pics / feedback would be great. |
