Now, if the same thing would have happened at a sub-continent airport, there would be all sorts of questions about security, terrorism etc, perhaps even cautions, advisories and a "comprehensive security audit" by the Western world agencies.

Its happened in BRU a well equipped "West" European airport so no such questions huh ?

Amazing - suddenly our long string of babus and rubber stamps seems attractive Wink.

Quite a shame that this could happen as easily as it did, and I hope there's a price that the BRU airport has to pay for their poor security.

Guess what? Most of those diamonds were bound for Surat, to be cut there.

It is indeed shocking how they could cut the fence and drive in.
But then again, BRU handles such shipments on a fairly regular basis and usually nothing happens. I guess they'll be more careful from now.
