Quote: | Conclusion
Flying Jet Airways was a great pleasure. Both the 737 and the 777 were in good shape and equipped with comfortable seats and modern and convenient IFE systems. All ground staff and flight crew members were very friendly and service-orientated, the catering was very good both in terms of quality and quantity. Jet Airways calls itself "India's finest international airline" - well, I haven't flown on other Indian carriers yet, but I can confirm that Jet Airways is among the finest airlines I have tried - and it's definitely more reliable than the country's big state carrier.
Despite the chaotic and stressful start, the trip was a very exciting, enjoyable and successful one. I flew on 7 new airlines, visited 5 new airports and logged a total of 349 new registrations. Qantas paid for all additional expenses caused by the fleet grounding, paid a compensation of €600 (EU regulations) and sent me a voucher worth €190 which I used just recently for a new and successful attempt to get on the carrier's A380.
Best Regards,

this is not a leveler, this is simply the truth, most of who fly jet internationally have similar experiences. They're clearly India's best international airline, despite all the cost cuts.
Oh and if I may add, FULL flights, both legs.

This was a nice report from a seasoned A.net member - it is nice to see Jet maintain good standards even in these difficult times.
Cheers, Sumantra. |

The same exact "salad" and deceptive (but delicious) cake from my same flight six months ago.
Jet probably had the food prepared back then too. It cuts costs, you know.
Ewwww.

Write your own, instead of continuing to piggyback on others' positive experiences and conveniently ignoring some others' negative experiences.
Jumping to Jet's defence at every possible opportunity, as if someone called your mother something unmentionable and as if Jet were your own baby... That's just laugh-worthy and credibility-shattering.
But wait... You've never actually flown what you claim, truthfully, no less, as the most beautifully wonderful ever, have you?
Until then it's just blind obeisance to someone else's cause... Like sheep or blinkered cattle. _________________ four years free of jetya punti! |

This made my day - someone who bitches abt transit from Sahar to Santa Cruz at the drop of a hat completely based on second/third/fourth hand information and the root cause of whose hatred is an incident that happened with a friend - blaming others of not having first hand experience!! Lolz... laughing my guts out!! |

Absolutely. Precisely why I chose to ignore his comment. After his bitching shifted from AI to 9W, the 2 proper TR's have been Alex's report on 9W's F which everyone dismissed as being biased and Plane-Hunter's TR.
Because most of what Jasepl bitches about in Jet is irrational or clearly unimportant, or proven downright wrong, it had to come down to something personal after this TR. Which it did, questioning my credibility. Do so, I don't bother. Most members here know me on FaceBook, and generally most of what I state can be traced back to FaceBook with pictures or first hand comments, hence most members here can vouch for what i state.
I defend Jet from the mindless irrational criticism that jasepl goes on posting, I simply choose to ignore certain opinions, these opinions may vary from an intellectual to an insane person. He however chooses to ignore facts, and normally divert the topic by crappy sarcastic shit or moronic chants.
As for posting my own TR, i'm working on it, a little short on time, and because i'm gonna have to write something original; unlike the usual Ctrl+C Ctrl+V bitch bitch moan moan job a certain someone does. _________________ Causal Determinism : We are hardwired to need answers.
