I guess this TR might give a more realistic review of 9W as I had few similar experiences as the author.

There we go: More clueless Jet crew. Vile catering, that clearly is loaded in Bombay, which means it's a good 8 hours at least before it is served on the return. And even viler presentation.

And Jet do themselves no favours when they use the same piece of paper to print both outbound and inbound menus, both featuring the same food.

Shows yet again, that, except for the seat, the whole J class experience is decidedly Y class.

Jet Airways is fast becoming the new Air India, with reliability their only other saving grace.

Couldn't agree more. But what's it with Indian carriers and foil containers? They seem to have taken to his abomination in a big way!

The food looks vile, the foil container is even viler, but I also think this reviewer is whiny and wanting for attention. For crying out loud, it's a 3 hour regional flight. You get fed, you get a wide seat, you get IFE. No excuses for not responding to a call button, however.

But the cabin looked pretty tired. I guess when they're going up against Gulf Air, they couldn't care less.

Perhaps it's just the pictures. He gave them a full rating for aircraft condition.
