I've flown MH, SQ, TG, CX and KE from that list. And my winner is Cathay, by several miles.

Cathay, then Singapore.
JAL definitely last. Unless Air India is around.....

I go for SQ over CX any day. I just had friends fly CX BLR-HKG-SFO and they were really unhappy with the "new" economy seats (where it does not really recline, but slides forward). The service on board was also not the best. Besides most cheap Y fares on CX get only 25% miles  .
