This is the top 10 deadliest air crash happened in the last decade

10. a) Collision of two flights in Mato Grosso and b) ‘Spanair Flight 5022’
9: Mangalore crash of Air India Express
8: West Caribbean Airways Crash
7.Crash of Caspian Airlines
6: Pulkovo Airlines Flight 612
5: TAM Airlines Flight 3054
4: China Airlines 611 Crash
3: Air France Flight 447
2: American Airlines Flight 587
1: 9/11 Attacks

Among these air crashes 5 crashes were due to pilot errors. It is reported that 75% of total air crashes are due to pilot errors. So what you think?

That's a loaded question.

The obvious answer is yes, accidents can be minimised by better practice and procedures however to say accidents will be reduced if pilots practice more doesn't really mean anything.
The question is what type of practice? Practice doesn't simply mean hand flying the aircraft it includes better understanding of automation, systems, procedures? Heck equally important is (practice) understanding human factors.
