MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
The Chinese stuff for Christmas was so tempting, went ahead and got a small tree and lights, a star and some metallic globes.
Looks really great and is small enough to fit on the window.

Reminded of that joke which was around just before the General Elections 2004.
Sonia Gandhi telephoned PM A.B Vajpayee in Dec 2003 and told him: "Meerry Christmas, Vajpayeeji"
Vajpayee said: "Arre merry Christmas Nahe Soniaji, Tumare Christmas."
Of course, Vajpayeeji got Christmas pudding a few months later!!!

Merry Christmas to everyone.
Tomorrow is Christmas and AKL is so dead, people here dont know how to celebrate. 2% of AKL is Indian and the place lights up in Diwali. Hopefully they learn to celbrate more in this part of the world.
Cheers _________________ Geniuses are always misunderstood in their lifetimes. |

Santa Claus’ deer spied over Europe: US-Canada air defense
Santa Claus has been sighted flying near the North Pole and the sortie was tracked over Europe on his annual gift-giving tour on late Sunday, the North American Aerospace Command has said in a statement.
At 2359 GMT, Claus and company were spotted over Paris, France, according to the NORAD website (www.noradsanta.org) which reports in six languages the progress of Claus and his reindeer around the globe.
The defense system has been tracking Claus since 1955, when a US Sears Roebuck store in Colorado invited children to call Santa -- but advertised an incorrect phone number.
That phone number just happened to be the hotline to a US air defense system based in Colorado. The commander took those calls and understood the urgency of the mission: he asked radar operators to report sightings of flying elves, reindeer or sleighs in its airspace and to keep kids updated.
By 1958, the US-Canadian NORAD took over the yuletide task, and live operators take calls from children in all parts of the world. |
