IA usually used to have two flights on this day. One domestic (usually ex-Delhi, Mumbai or Kolkata) and one international, sectors being Karachi or Kathmandu. This year, for a change it was ex-Chennai. For Air India, usual route has been India-Singapore. And women handle it completely, down to the flight dispatcher.
