AREthese ppl havin a gala time on duty Is the waitng lounge their drawing and they go to Airport to c TV?

Reposting from the thread on Indian Aviation and Parliament.
The CISF has already decided to set up a special Aviation Training Institute in Hyderabad to train its men in handling security duties at the airports besides raising a separate dog squad for the purpose, says a UNI report.
The force is planning to construct a model airport, housing a terminal and apron area, at the institute to provide real-time training to its personnel besides using simulators to give them the cutting edge.
Besides airports, the CISF provides security cover to 13 seaports, nuclear and space installations, steel plants, coal fields, oil refineries, heritage and government buildings and note printing presses and mints.
The one-lakh strong force, which came into existence in 1969, was given the task of providing security to VIPs last year after which it raised 1,200 specially trained personnel for the purpose.

I think they are trying to see if there is a bomb scare around the city, and if yes, they would then spruce up the security in and around the airport.
Wonder how bbc and cnn get their news before these local cisf guys  is what the cisf ppl would be watching and wondering.....
OR
On second thought, since cricket is a religion in India, why should security not be breached when religion is rampantly preached......(my assumption as i feel it is two indian players hugging on the tv screen) |

It's not only the CISF, I have seen employees of 9W, IT, IC and DN watching TV in the lounge at smaller airports.

Got the see the pic only now due to a tech error.
Was it one of those infamous bandh days when the city just shut down?
or
is it lean hour ... at a three-flight a day airport? |
