AI Regional parked at AMD for weeks ?

There is an AI Regional CRJ parked at the apron of the under construction International terminal at AMD since at least a couple of weeks before Diwali. Initially I thought that it was parked between flights ( DEL-AMD-DEL is/was operated by a CRJ), but I have seen it at 5 AM and 11 pm on different days. Saw it day before at 2 pm. Is it tech - does AI not have the means to service it and fly it back to DEL?

It is parked from some time in mid september.... Previously it was parked in the main ramp (Domestic and current intl terminals)...

seems AI picked up lemons from Horizon air and other US regional cariers..

E 170-190s would have been good choice
