The F Seat
| Quote: | | The first-class cabin features six Mini Suites in a 1-2-1 configuration. Each seat (supplied by Sogerma) transforms into an 82in-long fully flat bed, with 85.5in pitch and 25.5in seat width, and is equipped with electrically operated backrest, leg rest and seat depth controls and an eight-point massage system. Each Mini Suite features a 23in in-flight entertainment (IFE) monitor, wireless IFE handset, backup IFE handset, two USB ports, Ethernet socket (RJ45), audio and video assumption (RCA) plug, PC power outlet, one-piece meal table, cocktail table, folding side armrest, buddy seat, reading and mood light controls, literature pocket, space for coat hanging and baggage, and compartments for the headset and life vest. |
The J Seat
| Quote: | | The aircraft has 20 business-class seats (also by Sogerma) in a 1:2:1 configuration. Like in first class, these also transform to a fully flat bed with electrically controlled backrest, leg rest and seat depth – but this time with 77.5in length, 82in pitch and 22in width. Each passenger can enjoy a 17in Gen. III IFE monitor, two USB ports, Ethernet socket (RJ45), audio and video assumption (RCA) plug, PC power outlet, cocktail table, one-piece meal table, buddy seat, folding side armrest, literature pocket, reading light, handset, and compartments for the headset and life vest. |
The Y seat
| Quote: | | With a 34in pitch, Oman Air’s new economy-class seat offers adjustable head and foot rests, a bi-fold sliding food table and a padded dress cover designed for enhanced comfort, all located within a one-piece composite seatback structure. Each seat also features a 10.6in seatback-mounted IFE screen and handset, USB and RCA video multiplug, and coat hook. An Ethernet socket (RJ45) and PC power port is provided for every double seat. |
Also on the A333s:
For all three classes of travel, IFE is provided via the Thales i5000 in-seat audio/video on-demand (AVOD) system, which is integrated with Rockwell Collins’ Tailwind Live Satellite TV, broadcasting across eight channels. The system also provides a platform for forthcoming full WiFi and GSM connectivity. The new menus draw on both Omani and international culinary influences. |

WY may fly them to BOM to maximize utility of these aircraft, just like QR, EY, KU and GF who send their heavies too. _________________ Windows 7. Get it now. |
