Welcome, Disha and Neha. The gender ratio on this forum is quite lop-sided, so it is nice that we have more lady members now (3, including member airbus 340?).
Plus, what many of us look forward to is the opinion of cabin crew - apart from member crew320, I do not think we have too many cabin crew on this forum. Rather than many of us armchair enthusiasts, we will love to get more in-depth knowledge about actual operations, and the view of the aviation industry as you see it. In fact, we would love to have trip reports from you all. Meljoe (HAWK21M) brings us gems of knowledge from the technical front, through his experience of working on aircraft, and with many people - cabin crew will bring us the aviation world from another angle. Given that some of us fly around sometimes, or click pictures from close to your operating places, you would have seen/would get to see/meet a few regulars on the forum as well!
Cheers, Sumantra. |

I think its "AirbusA340" who's a cabin crew with AI. Welcome new members. Nice to see more crew amongst us.

Hi Disha,
Are you a part of the aviation industry? If not, which industry are you in? How did you hear about Airliners-india.net? I'm curious because we often wonder about how to popularize our website, and it would be good to get inputs from our new members on how and why they came here, as that would lead us to way to increase the participation here.

Wasn't she enough alone? I miss our silly little fights and arguments esp those against Tex.
She was amazing really, I miss her a lot. She was also one of my closest friends.
A funny incident occurred when I was in MCO earlier this year, and struggling with food. Surviving on $1 Michelina's from Walmart (thats what happens when you cant cook). An hour later she was making arrangements for Aloo Paratha to be sent to me from LAX.
If only it would be possible to talk to her ONCE more.
Sorry about this message, just one of those days. Have never spoken about her publicly before.

Hi everyone,
my names is Alex, I live in Berlin in Germany, I am 15 yrs old. My mother is from India (born in Kanpur, lived in Bihar, then moved on to Mumbai at the age of 6, so she actually is a mumbaikar), this is why I've joined this Forum. I am an aviation enthusiasist, a great fan of AI and 9W, AI, though, comes loooong before 9W. Sooo..been in Mumbai every second year until now. Any Questions? Don't hesitate to ask! |

Welcome Alex! my story is remotely similar to yours. Two of my maternal uncles live in Berlin (one of them expired last year). They both married German ladies, and so I have whole bunch of cousins who are half Indian/German.

Hello to all,
let's introduce myself to you...
I live in the Netherlands and started to look at military airplanes & helicopters some 25 years ago.
Since 2005 i started to put some photos on the internet. The photographs are not all "that good", but some are very old and/or rare.
I do not have a goal for the internet site but it is merely a way to show other people (And share) what kind of hobby i have.
One of the examples.
Il-78MKI RK-3452 78Sq, Indian-AF. RAF Fairford, 14-07-07.
If you like a original digital of the one of the photos i put on the forums or the site, for your own use, or on your internet site, just let me know. I will not! put a copyright "waterprint" on the photos.
Greetings from the Netherlands,
Thunderchief.
