Can some one tell plzz as to whatz Air India is upto recently was reading an article which talks abt AI & JAT forming up a new company and various AI flights to US being routed thru their hubs. (Turkish Airlines is another Star candidate ... is that why AI has got the mysterious 757?) Also, JAT will feed in passengers from East Europe to AI, i.e. till Dubai and then AI carries them on to the Far East and Australia-Asia, and vice-versa. AI will also use East Europe as a point to get into the U.S.. About AI and JAT floating a JV is still a rumour. JAT also has a good record and has a tie-up on these lines with Emirates.
