This article also begs a few questions:
1). Should India use tax-payer money to train Olympic athletes
2). What is the right amount of money that India can afford to spend on the Olympics program (China has been rumored to spend around 0.5 billion dollars to train its athletes)
3). Do olympics have any substantial gain for the participating countries except goodwill
