Here are a few aircraft that are still around, some newer than others, though some are getting increasingly rare, and I was wondering where one could catch a flight aboard these types (realistically speaking that is, not someplace in Africa  )

Yeah, I thought as much for the 318...Frontier is my best bet
732 - No longer flown in the US....couple of airlines in Canada (Air Innuit, First Air).
772-Yes, AI still does (but isn't that only on the Birmingham route); any idea of other operators ?
773-Yes, I guess EK & SQ sounds about right
739- 9W & 739ER- SG - any idea what routes ?? |

MD-90 - Delta
A318 - Frontier
737-200 - Wow, can't think of any realistic airline...these used to be everywhere.
737-600 - Westjet
737-900 - Continental
737-900ER - Continental
767-200 - Maybe some charters, not sure, maybe ANA still uses then. If not, you'll have to put yourself in a box and ship yourself DHL. 
767-200ER - Continental/Delta/AA
767-300 - JAL/DL/Hawaiian
777-200 - CX/UAL (Maybe hunt down the CX reg of the ship that was converted from PW to RR)
777-300 - CX/Korean |

9W 737-900 = Only BOM-DEL-BOM
SG 737-900/ER= BOM-DEL and a few other routes. |
