Hi guys,
I have been flying with IC for a long time but this flight on IC was after almost two years. Booked my ticket on IC's website and the internet ticketing system was fine.
BOM-IDR IC133
25 Dec 2007
Scheduled Dep: 0540
Scheduled Arr: 0645
Seat: 18A
Aircraft: Airbus A319
Reg: VT-SCF
I will write in brief and let the pix do all the description.
Woke up early for my 0540 am flight. After reaching at the airport there were a few pax in line for checkin ahead of me. After the security check and all that wait, I was taken to my ac in a bus. The ac was flanked by a KF A319 and an AI 321. Boarded the ac. Greeted by "traditional" FA's. The rest of the flight was uneventful. The breakfast was delicious as usual. The captain came over the PA and gave the detalis of the flight. Landing in IDR was extremely smooth. The return was by train. So there will be no TR on IDR-BOM sector.
Overall I liked the service of IA.

* How were the loads on this sector
* Which are the other airlines operating in this sector.
* Does IC offer competetive (lower) fares.
* Is photography allowed at IDR

1) The load was about 75%
2) 9W, IT, IC and JetLite operate on this sector.
3) IC does offer competitive (lower) fares on this route as compared to 9W and IT. When I booked the ticket only JetLite offered lower fare than IC but I decided to stick to IC because I prefer IC over JetLite.
4) Well photography is not allowed at IDR but then also I managed to take a few snaps coz I have clicked them from my cell phone. |
