VT-EQS is in DRS, Germany. This is obviously not a scheduled flight. Is it there for regular checks or for cargo conversion?

EQS and EQT are due for freighter conversion. Both were delivered in 1991. They can go on for another 5-6 years as freighters.
If the last two A310s are being converted, it means the initial ones delivered in 1986-87 are on their way out.

I doubt about cargo conversion. That'll make it to the media definately. Might have gone for some checks or tech issue to LH Technik (??)

i already mentioned this on the old forums a long time back...
VT-EQS and VT-EQT are both scheduled for freighter conversion to be carried out by Airbus in Dresden at their Freighter facility.. as of yet i do not have specific info if we are doing it on behalf of Airbus or any such developments related.
