No Il-38s are being build. India will be purchasing Ex Russian Navy refurbished aircrafts. That's radar on top of the plane. They are LOUD! There was a rumour sometime ago that the US was offering India upgraded Lockheed P-38 Orions? Anyone know what became of that?
