Pity the museum does not hold scale models of ALL Indian registered models till date.It would have been educational for the Visitors.

Unfortunately most visitors to the museum are not interested in aviation. For them it is the only place where they can actually see a real aircraft from this close. A lot of them end up damaging the exhibits. The devon is in a real bad shape. It's door has been damaged by curious visitors.

There is no staff on duty to see that the visitors do not get that close to the exhibits. At the IAF museum, DEL visitors cannot even touch the aircraft. They should have the same regulation here.

No security even after some models were tampered.Surprising.
The Displays should be enclosed in Glass.

The museum is a good place to visit - though it's so out dated it's not funny! And the "mock-ATC" tower should ideally have the ground control feed being played out loud - that would add infinitely to the fun of standing there and watching the 27 end of the runway (that's the part visible from the ATC tower). Unfortunately there are too many tall Coconut trees blocking the view - so all you get is a partial view of the runway. But something is better than nothing!
