Lufthansa A350-900 – The Next Gen Experience

“This is the blogger who wants to take pictures of this fantastic plane” were the words of the ground staff who handed me over to the crew inside D-AIXC, Lufthansa’s third A350 and one of the handful flying around the world right now. The aircraft would operate as LH764 to Mumbai.

I had three options for the trip – flying (SN Brussels), a new type for short haul (CS100 on Swiss) or the Lufthansa A350XWB between Munich & Mumbai – which I chose. The service & the aircraft were exemplary to say the least.

...and weren't we waiting for this trip report, from the master himself?
The master gets special privileges to photograph a near brand-new plane, and of course, he does not disappoint. What superb pictures and descriptions! And for LH, the food seemed good not just in quality, it looks good in quantity as well. It is nice that they have taken some terse feedback seriously. We look forward to the other parts of this trip as well: the other flights, and of course, the non-aviation part, including the foodie experiences!
Cheers, Sumantra.

- of course QRs will be better Wink .... still cooler to fly LHs.
- Love the belly nose wheel view, wish the 380 had it. There is one .... just not for the passengers which is a pity.
- too bad the wifi and live TV didn't work. O well not a huge deal.
- Airlines rolling out new J seats without isle access is a rarity these days.
- That wing view Very Happy
Superb TR and great pics
