I guess so. These flights are not timed to connect to NYC. Or maybe Indians flock to Europe using them? As if there are not enough Ukranians and Ukranian Americans travelling KBP-JFK all these years the route has been around. If they do connections, they probably focus on domestic Ukraine and regional stuff. It's just a 767 anyway. My point was, who is the target market for this flight.
