So where has this guy gone? Its been a while since he posted.

Has he been kidnapped and held in solitary confinement in a sulabh shauchalaya by Jet Airways for all the character assassination he has done to them?

Or has he been enslaved by Delna, and condemned to a life of servitude, forced to make vada pavs all day and night?
Wink

I hope he is all right! Jasepl, make yourself heard and laughed at! That's an order Laughing

Actually he has been sacked ever since his cabin safety announcement went on the lines of "aye bidu, behlt pehenneka, kurchi seedha rakhneka aur tensun nai lene ka, kya?" Wink That was too much even for Lalaji's Gujju clientele.

So now he is back to doing graveyard shifts at the vada pao sweatshop in Nala Sopara. Laughing Wink

I saw the NewsX reporting on this issue yesterday. AS usual, the idiots on that channel were ranting about cowboy pilots, safety violations etc, when one retired Air India technical expert put them in their place saying, taking any photograph on the ground, pre/post shutdown of engines is perfectly normal. Those idiot TV anchors were desperately fumbling around, seeking some stupid excuse such as "how come the pilot is standing outside the window? If someone were to do it in a car, we would condemn it as reckless".

This TV guy doesnt seem to have flown a single mile in his life, if he hasnt seen pilots occasionally slide the window and check out the windshield during cockpit preparations.
And once the channel news producer realized that the story wasnt going anywhere, they abruptly switched to Breaking news about that Rampal baba issue.

I had the misfortune of reading that article .... whoever wrote that what an unbelievable tool.
Wish things went back to the good old days of non armoured open cockpit doors Wink

I was stuck at Delna's, but kind of by choice.

I'd had major seepage and leakage thanks to the upstairs neighbour who's renovation went wrong. And so I had to move (co-incidentally into Zo & Delna's guest room).

Only just recently managed to move back home.

But, of course, that wasn't the real reason for being MIA.

Y'all are close - there was a JetAngle to it.

So here's the deal.

I took a job at the best airline the world has ever seen. But with the pre-condition that I will not work the BDQ sectors. Or any sectors flown on 737s. That meant 98.25% of the JetNetwork was out.

So I inaugurated my JetCareer on the Paris flight.

Everything was just fine and uneventful and we were cruising along towards Roissy. The cabin was calm and most people were in a food coma from the delightful JetFood they had been served or they were busy engrossed trying to choose between the two whole options in their JetScreen.

Then, I don't know what came over me, but I suddenly grabbed the announcement wallah phone and sang loudly for everyone to hear:

"Tu randi Etihaad ki
Poora Dhabi thumakda"

Over and over again.

Everyone cracked up and was very, very entertained. I even got a standing ovation from the passengers and fellow crew.

Of course, Clueless Chopra was also working the flight and, brown nose that she is, she sneaked me to Madam. And Madamji was not pleased.

I was summoned into the presence of Her Laliness' majesty, and told, in no uncertain terms, that Her Laliness was the only one allowed to speak (or sing) ill of this airline and it's Her, and Her alone, who is allowed to do anything that will make anyone look at Her airline negatively. Even when others do it, it's only with express permission or instruction from Her.

Next thing I know, I'm in a dark hole in Andheri (north of Churchgate, can you imagine!), with alternating blue and yellow lights flashing very quickly very close to my eyes in order to brainwash me.

I couldn't do anything about being held captive for so long. But I did not let them brainwash me!

My predictions came true. You were locked away by RR in a sulabh shauchalaya in Andheri, with blue and yellow lights. And it all had something to do with a cabin announcement. Very Happy

So are you still getting nightmares about Camels, Arab Harems and shauchalayas with blue and yellow lights, equipped with Rosenthal lotas?

Ooh... I totally forgot about the rosenthal lotas. Not surprising, because that's the worst of all the flashbacks and my brain tends to just block out certain overly bad memories!

He has managed to disappear again.

Reckon that now 9W really has him trapped in a man sized, blue and yellow Rosenthal lota. Twisted Evil

Or his 'Akkha Dhabi Thumakda' number is so popular that he entertains the BOM-CDG pax on 9W with it on every flight, dressed in drag and a sexy, see through burkha
Laughing

Jason come back. And that is a order Wink Enough of that 'Etihad Nee Randi' number. Entertain us for a change Wink
