How does this help india? I mean let indian carriers have something. The indian carriers can barely maintain a daily frequency. Why add FZ

On BOM - DXB

9W -- 4 daily
6E -- 2 daily
AI -- daily
SG -- daily

So that's 8 daily by Indian carriers.

Does FZ have a smooth inteline with main EK? Or does it connect with FZ only?

If a destination is served by FZ alone, the EK-FZ interline applies. If a destination is flown by both, then the interline doesn't apply.

Those times are dreadful, but I guess you get what you pay for.

On a sidenote, it looks like you can fly a sizable basket of aircraft types on the DXB-BOM sector:

A320
B737
A330
B777
A380

In theory at least, they're meant to be independent airlines no?
