At long last, Momto Bonnerjette (her of the let them eat shondesh fame) has taken a real, concrete steps towards the promised transformation of Calcutta into London on Hooghly.

Who needs London's prosperity, industry, investment, tolerance, inclusion, diversity, connectivity etc? Pshhh.
The best thing about London to emulate is a ferris wheel.

It's interesting that the contract was given to a UK based company - definitely a key ingredient to getting the London Flavor in CCU _________________ We miss you Nalini! |

Because nothing will attract a BA 777 to CCU more than a big ferris wheel. |

Why Kolkata needs a BA 777, Emirates A 330s are fine. They have better food than BA ! _________________ Sabya99 |
