i dont really have an opinion on it absolutely but i'd reckon it wouldnt really matter to let them have a go before 5 years. If they do well so be it.. if not thats their mess..

But the Airline should also prove its ability to operate International,with regards to Mx too.

Yes, airlines should be given the same opportunities as the state carriers and international carriers.
Safety of course has to be the highest priority- theoretically there should be no difference bwt mx standards of domestic and international flights.
