Is someone actually monitoring the threads in the forum.
There are some negative posters who are using the forum to spread their hatred & negativity in almost every post.
I hope the Mods are monitoring this.
Either the negativity is posted on another thread so those uninterested to know can avoid the thread totally.But when the posts are not related to the thread its unacceptable that those posts continue to stay on.
And yeah....I've written to the mods about this too.

Suggest concerned Individuals who need to vent out their negativity/false egos can start a seperate thread for posting in & those Interested can contribute to it.
Sparing those uninterested.

folks! a general apology in case you're finding that mods(me in particular) are not upto task at times... life has been very distracted for me since June this year... gradually pulling up my socks.

Understandably Mods have a tough job.And cannot be involved 365x24x7.
Aseem....Suggest you add two rotational Mods with the permanant Two mods so moderation & improvement continue at the site.so that interest does not dwindle.
Only ensure the rotational mods are committed & can spare time.

don't think two rotational mods would be required as we are doing well. Just couldn't work on Varun's replacement last June, so it got extended till year end.

If the Mods feel the numbers are adequate & monitoring is not being overlooked,then its fine.
From outside Personally I got the Impression that Mods were not available to regularily check rules flouting & hence suggested more numbers.
