Posted: Wed Sep 28, 2011 10:54 am    Post subject: PW 4000 Family I remember reading on this forum about Engine commonality on the PW4000 series. It was some big reason why many Airlines selected this same engine to power their 767/777/744/A330/A310s, eg UA/AI. But i can't recollect it now. What is it all about ? Thanks in advance. Normally companys would go for smaller stores inventory because of similiar spares,but at times its a good offer by the manufacturer that tilts scales. _________________ Think of the Brighter side !!!
