Are any of you able to book a flight on www.airindia.com ?

The pull down menu under "Adults" has only a blank space, but has 0 and 1 under "Children". I can't choose a Flexible or Restrictive Fare Type, and hence can't click Submit. In fact, the only thing that actually gets selected is the Origin and Destination.

What's going on?

AI was having the aforementioned problem for almost 20 days. It seems they rectified it a couple of days ago.

A similar problem was there with 9W's website which was corrected in less than 24 hours.

What were you expecting? That the AI website would improve?

Try using Microsoft (r) Internet Explorer (r).. Wink A lot of Indian websites just break when viewed from a "non-standard" (read non-Microsoft) browser like Firefox or Safari.

I use Chrome all the time. That's not the problem here, however. It's just poor web designing cutting across all browsers.

I wish I could get the opportunity to redesign their website...... Crying or Very sad
