Expect this to hit budget Indian travelers hard, a reduction of 5 kg to only 15 kg in the lowest fare category. And important, only one piece allowed (23 kg) on flights to/from USA/Canada for those travelling on special fares (X, V). This is for tickets issued after Feb 3.
