Is this a business route for them? 2,3,5 doesn't seem very connecting VFR to Europe friendly. Alsothe 2,3 timings seem designed for business trip - fly in Tuesday morning and out Wed at 3pm.

Tashkent has now become like a second Bangkok. People fly for "tourism" purposes especially bunch of guys. There could be some business potential too from both ends.
